Child Therapy

Children often bring parents to new and unexpected edges of experience.

If your child is showing ongoing behavioral or emotional struggles, therapy can help you and your child understand what’s underneath the behavior and find ways forward that bring more ease at home and school.

Supporting children while patterns are still taking shape

Even considering therapy for your child shows how deeply you care about their well-being. It means you’ve noticed that something important may be happening for them—and that it deserves thoughtful attention.

Children express struggles in different ways. Some show big emotions or become very hard on themselves. Others withdraw, shut down, or seem less like themselves than usual.

In therapy, we work together with parents, to understand what your child may be experiencing and how to support them through it. I use primarily play therapy and relational therapy to access a child’s inner world and offer interventions that lead to healing and growth.

My work with children focuses on helping them develop a stronger sense of self and inner life—building resilience, self-compassion, and the flexibility to navigate challenges as they grow.
