About me.

I've spent much of my life interested in seeing and understanding the human experience.

I first looked for answers in large scale systems—politics and human rights. I wanted to understand the conditions that allow people and societies to flourish, or not. I imagined a career in refugee advocacy and international law.

Then I found much relief in access to resources. I spent the next decade working in tech, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies. Financial stability, meaningful work, and a sense of safety profoundly shaped what was possible for me and my life, yet I was unfulfilled.

I became increasingly interested in the inner conditions that shape my own moment-to-moment experience. I immersed myself in psychotherapy, meditation, and Buddhist practice to understand and care for my own body, heart, mind.

Over time, I began to recognize a vigilance and intensity that had quietly organized much of my life. Learning to relate to those parts of myself with curiosity rather than force didn't eliminate suffering, but it gave me something I had been seeking all along: spaciousness, peace, ease. The flexibility and capacity to move with whatever life throws at me in ways that feel authentic and clear.

This work was profoundly transformative for me and it became clear that a life of meaning, virtue, and responsibility would come from shifting my world toward a career in clinical psychology.

Today, I work with driven professionals who have spent years carrying too much on their own. I support mothers navigating the profound transition into parenthood and the emotional complexity that often accompanies it. And I help children and families better understand one another, navigate big feelings, and build stronger relationships.

I don't believe therapy is about becoming someone different. I believe it's about becoming more fully yourself.

I’m honored and grateful to have found this path and to be able to support others in finding theirs.
