About me.
I became aware of my own suffering after an unexpected moment of peace. I stumbled into a mindful movement class with a body and mind affected by unprocessed personal trauma and burnt out by ever-moving professional goals.
By the end of that 90-minute class, something shifted. My nervous system, once plagued by hypervigilance, began to settle. I experienced a different way of being—quieter, more connected—and I wanted more.
Over the next decade, I committed to my own healing. I engaged deeply in individual and group therapy, untangling my personal history and reexamining long-held beliefs. I studied yoga, meditation, Buddhism, and other body-mind healing traditions.
At the same time, I built a successful career in tech—most recently spending nearly a decade at LinkedIn. I loved collaborating with driven professionals to launch products and strategies that shaped the business.
But as I came to trust my own authenticity, it became clear that my deeper calling was elsewhere. I wanted to guide others the way I had been guided—toward their own power, wisdom, and truth. In 2025, I graduated from the Master’s in Integral Clinical Psychology at CIIS.
For me, this work led to profound internal shifts that yes, lead me to choose a different career. That’s not the case for everyone. For many, its about how to shift our internal worlds so we can enjoy the life we built.
I believe in this work because I’ve lived it. Too many of us spend our lives quietly outrunning our pain—and it almost works. But there is a version of ourselves that holds more confidence, spaciousness, connection, and joy. To access it, we must turn toward what’s holding us back—and listen.
